Where does UrnDécor.com ship to?

UrnDécor.com ships anywhere within the United States and Canada; however, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and certain other zip codes within the continental Unites States may experience an additional 1 to 2 business days for delivery. Delivery to military and diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may require an additional 30-40 days.

How can I track my order?

If you have pre-ordered an urn you’re welcome to use our Track My Order tool to see the status of your order. Please note that you will need your order reference number and associated email address on file to access your order status. These details are found in your confirmation email with your receipt.

Please note: Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to show in the Track My Order tool.

How can I change my shipping address?

Generally once the order has been placed, the ship to address cannot be changed. While we cannot guarantee your desired shipping address to override the ship to address, you’re welcome to call us Monday – Friday 9A-5P CDT at +1 877 254 URNS.

How long should I expect to receive my urn?

For Pre-Orders, we kindly ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for shipping.

Processing and Handling Restrictions

Orders are processed for shipping Monday to Friday (excluding federal holidays), until 2P CDT. Orders placed after 2P CDT will be processed on the next business day.

Orders will not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

Orders cannot ship to PO Boxes and U.S. territories, or to addresses outside the United States or Canada.

Are returns accepted?

If you’re not totally satisfied with your Urn Décor purchase, you may return new and unopened products within 30 days of receipt, along with your proof of purchase, for a full refund. To process a return, please call us at +1 877 254 URNS Extension 7. Please leave your confirmation number or the transaction email used in the checkout. We will process all requests within 24-48 business hours and notify you after it is complete.
